This website is a place for Jeff Bulman the Broker/Owner of Bulman Real Estate to inform, educated, learn from and interact with people in the Clear Lake / Bay Area.  Jeff is a native Texan who grew up in Friendswood and is now living in League City with his wife and son. After working for Prudential Gary Greene, Jeff opened Bulman Real Estate in 2009 as a real estate brokerage that provides unmatched service and unparalleled marketing. Over the years Jeff witnessed real estate companies move away from experienced agents who knew their community to mega franchise companies with hundreds of inexperienced agents fighting each other for business.

Jeff specializes in listing real estate and has created a successful marketing system that gets properties sold.
